Copy(s) of Student Pilot/Flight Certificates if you have any
Proof of U.S. Citizenship for TSA (one of the following:)
- Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
- U.S. Passport
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Copy of Driver’s License
